Marc Sorensen

Marc brings a people-first mindset to his role as Director of Revenue at the firm, blending strategy with genuine care for those he serves. Inspired by personal family experiences, he was drawn to the legal field with a desire to help others navigate life’s more challenging moments, a purpose that continues to shape his work in family law today.

Known for his compassionate and empathetic approach, Marc focuses on building trust and understanding with every interaction. He takes pride in helping clients and colleagues alike move forward with confidence, especially during difficult transitions. For Marc, the most rewarding part of his work is seeing people reach their goals and come out stronger on the other side.

He lives by the words of John Wooden: “Much can be accomplished by teamwork when no one is concerned about who gets credit,” a philosophy that guides his collaborative, behind-the-scenes leadership style.

Outside the office, Marc is a dedicated music enthusiast who plays both guitar and piano. He has attended more than 65 concerts by Dave Matthews Band and counting. When he’s not immersed in music, you can find him on the golf course or spending time with his girlfriend and her two young daughters.
